Description of LLOYD 90C – CHEM safe
CONSTRUCTION
The double-walled construction of the safe is made of high-quality 1.5 mm thick profiled steel sheet.
The intermediate walls are filled with mineral glass wool insulation with reaction to fire class A1 according to European standard EN 13162+A1.
A total of 6 vents are located in pairs on the sides and ceiling.
DOORS
The bi-fold doors are fitted with a certified lock in at least class A according to the European standard EN 1300. The lock is locked by a three-way opening mechanism, which is operated by an ergonomic handle.
When locked, the door is secured by five 20 mm diameter, deep chrome-plated steel pins locking in three directions. On the hinge side, they are secured by a full-height steel profile. Thus, even cutting off the hinges does not lead to their opening.
The door is sealed to the body via a foam seal that softly dampens the sound of the door closing.
The hinges allow the safe door to be opened up to an angle of 200 degrees.
LOCKS
The base certified key lock with two original keys can be replaced or supplemented with combination locks, mechanical or electronic. These have advanced features such as time delay, sound mute or four eye system settings (two codes must be entered to unlock the lock). For easy replacement, the 9V alkaline lock battery is hidden in the keypad on the outside of the door.
The release mechanism is equipped with a safety lock against brute force attack on the handle.
EQUIPMENT
Height-adjustable perforated shelves with a load capacity of 20 kg.
A storage container at the bottom of the cabinet serves as a reservoir for any leaked substances from the shelves above.
In the ventilation openings there are filter fabrics of class G4 according to the European standard EN 779, the filters are designed for the capture of particles >3 microns, the retention rate is 90-95%, the fabrics are operationally stable and safe filter medium made of synthetic fibers (even for 100% humidity)
The vault is painted in standard Jurassic Yellow (RAL 1033) with a textured finish.
