ZS

The uncompromising and secure storage of your weapons and ammunition in safes certified in S1 class according to EN 14 450. Our ZS safes are also certified with a minimum of 15 RU (according to EN 1143-1) + lock in grade A (according to EN 1300) thus meeting Czech government regulations for the safe storage of up to 10 weapons or 10,000 rounds of ammunition.

CONSTRUCTION

  • The single-walled construction of the safe is made of high-quality 3 mm thick profiled steel sheet.
  • A total of four anchor holes (12 mm diameter)—two reinforced in the rear wall and two in the floor—secure the cabinet against tipping and prevent easy theft.

DOORS

  • The bi-fold doors are fitted with a certified lock according to the customer’s requirements and at least in class A according to the European standard EN 1300. The lock is blocked by a three-way opening mechanism, which is operated by a solid metal alloy handle.
  • When locked, the door is secured by five 20mm diameter deep chrome plated steel pins locking in three directions. On the hinge side, they are secured by a strong, full-height steel profile. Thus, even cutting the hinges does not lead to their opening.
  • The door is sealed to the body through a foam seal that softly dampens the sound of the door closing.
  • External hinges on the right side allowing the vault door to open up to 200 degrees.
  • If necessary, the open door can be removed to reduce the weight of the safe, e.g. for moving.

LOCK

  • The lock is locked by a three-way release mechanism, which is operated by an ergonomic handle.
  • The standard certified key lock with two original keys can be supplemented or replaced by combination locks, mechanical or electronic. These have advanced features such as time delay, sound mute or four eye system settings (two codes must be entered to unlock the lock). For easy replacement, the lock’s 9V alkaline battery is hidden in the keypad on the outside of the door.
  • The opening mechanism is equipped with a safety lock against brute force attack on the handle.

EQUIPMENT

  • Height-adjustable weapon holders allow independent positioning of the pairs of grips within a range of 560 mm. In addition, thanks to a special bracket, they are forward of the rear wall, which minimizes contact of the rear wall with the mounted rifle scope and other tactical weapon equipment. This makes it easy to secure sniper rifles, shotguns and shorter self-loading assault rifles. For combination versions, short guns can be conveniently stored on the shelves on the right side of the safe.
  • The lockable box at the top of the safe allows the extra contents to be locked with a slatted cylinder lock.
  • In the combined versions (for storing long and short weapons) there are two height-adjustable shelves that can be arranged according to the hook holes with a spacing of 35 mm. Shelf capacity—20 kg.
  • On the inside of the door is a product identification label and an accessory holder.
  • A soft pad on the floor of the safe prevents the gun stocks from coming into contact with the steel floor.
  • The safe can be painted in 4 basic shades: white (RAL 9003), grey-white (RAL 7035), anthracite (RAL 7016) or black (RAL 9005), all with a structural finish.

The safe meets the requirements for the storage of up to ten weapons and ammunition according to Government Regulation No. 217 of 10 July 2017 on requirements for the security of weapons, ammunition, black hunting powder, smokeless powder and matches and on ammunition storage.
